Facilitates communication between students who are hearing impaired and the classroom teacher(s) and other persons with whom the student comes in contact.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required. VQAS or other certification recognized by VA Department for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing is preferred. Candidates who have coursework in sign-language communication may be considered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
