Day to day, you'll Greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting mannerMatch clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needsSchedule clients how they would like to be scheduledHandle client exits by ensuring all current and future needs are metMaintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team membersOther duties as assignedIt would be even better if you also had Sales and/or marketing experienceAbility to multi-taskStrong organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of cash register operationsKnowledge and experience with a Windows based computer systemBilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block.
