Under the direction of the Human Resources Director the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations that are essential to the efficient operation of the human resources division including, but not limited to:
personnel actions; response to general inquiries; new employee orientation; file management; and special projects as assigned by the Director.
Excellent customer skills must be exercised to work at a high level of interaction with internal and external customers.
Duties performed require knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, reporting and recordkeeping requirements.
Strong organizational, communication and technical skills are required with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks within tight time constraints.
This position must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and accountability.
